What are the storage pieces made from?

Mostly non-woven fabric over support board, food-grade plastic, bamboo and stainless steel. The material is named on every product page, alongside the exact dimensions.

Will a container fit my cupboard?

Measure the shelf first, then compare: every listing gives its size in inches and centimetres. Where a piece expands, both the shortest and longest spans are shown.

How should I care for the bamboo pieces?

Wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry them straight away. Bamboo should never be soaked or put through a dishwasher, and treated that way it stays sound for years.

Do the adhesive hooks damage walls?

They are made to hold on a smooth, clean, dry surface and to come away without marking it. Press firmly and let the pad bond before you hang any weight on it.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states, with no minimum. We do not ship internationally, and there is no express option to upgrade to.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.

Can I send something back?

Returns are accepted for a manufacturing defect, transit damage or a wrong item, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not covered. Report damage within 72 hours with photos.

How and when am I refunded?

An approved return ships back at our cost. Once the item is inspected, the refund goes to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Ijiexi stocks the unglamorous half of a home: the bins that hold the towels, the box that keeps the bread, the rack that dries the washing. Nothing here is decorative for its own sake. Each piece is bought to solve one small daily problem and then be forgotten about, which is rather the point.
